Hilton St Louis Airport – Toasted Ravioli


Special thanks goes out to my waiter who took a picture with his spiffy new iPhone and e-mailed it to me in the name of “Dine at Joes.”  (He didn’t do to bad…  He got a $6.50 tip on a free meal!!)

It’s notable that the toasted ravioli is a St. Louis area specialty.  It reminded me of the Casa Mare appetizer ravioli in Fort Wayne, Indiana.  They were very good.
