I know, I know… the Blue Bayou gets knocked a bunch when talking about dining at Disney. Some of the criticism is warranted…
However, the Chicken Gumbo is both excellent and memorable. I’m typing this 7 months after I had this (9/17… right before I go back to Disney World and right after the 1st anniversary of DineAtJoes.com), and this is a highlight of the Blue Bayou.
